1. Appearance:

Pay attention to not use water, oil. Other non-toxic and volatile cleaning fluids such as alcohol can be used.

2. Transmission system:

The transmission system of the mask machine includes motors, gears, reducers, sprockets, chains, conveyor belts and other components. We have to check whether there is dust or other things on the outer surface of the motor that affects the heat dissipation. Whether the gears and sprockets are oiled or have attachments. Whether the tightness of the chain is suitable, whether there are foreign objects, whether the link screws between the transmission parts are loose, etc. Is the lubricating oil of the reducer sufficient? Generally, the lubricant needs to be changed once in 1000 hours to 1500 hours.

3. Electrical system:

Check whether the circuit connector of the device is loose and whether the main power cable and branch signal cable are worn. Aging? Loose electrical devices? Whether the inside of the electrical box is clean and dry, whether the exhaust fan is working properly, etc.

4. Ultrasonic system: (composed of ultrasonic electric box, vibrator, welding head and connecting wire)

Check whether the ultrasonic system is clean, especially the ultrasonic electric box, vibrator (transducer) and welding head must be dry and clean without water, and the connecting wire must be firm. Always check the degree of wear of the ultrasonic welding head. Observe the change range of the voltmeter and ammeter pointers on the ultrasonic electric box.

5. Air supply system: (composed of air source filter system, air pipe and cylinder)

Check the air filter cup for water? If there is too much water in the filter, you need to put water, and let the air compressor put water here. Whether the position of cylinder magnetic anti-inductor and its operation are normal.
